Welcome to Restaurant Diment

The Diment is housed in a three-storey building in Historical Kenilworth dating back to 1870.  The Diment Restaurant, long renowned for its mouth-watering Modern French dishes carefully prepared with fresh ingredients,  has been in the Pardo family for 10 years and all the time is improving its ambiance and cuisine.

Clair and Tony Pardo, have taken over the Diment from Tony's parents, and have made changes that have given a totally new European contemporary and modern atmosphere. The restaurant's award-winning menus, and new pricing, now include a wider range of the best European cuisine using the highest quality meats and fresh fish from local suppliers.

The restaurant has fine French wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy and other French regions, but now offers a wider choice from Italy, Spain and the New World.

A new exciting Tapas  menu has been introduced.

The Restaurant

This is situated on the ground floor and seats approximately up to 50 guests. Here an a la carte menu is served along with a ‘today's special' menu and at lunchtime a fixed price menu. There is a warm atmosphere with warm and welcoming staff, who on arrival will make you feel very relaxed through your meal. The restaurant also hosts for private parties.

On a Sunday the Restaurant is open for Traditional Sunday Lunch .

The Bar

The Bar is immediately as you walk in to the main Restaurant on the right. Here guests who wish to have a pre drink are welcomed to sit and enjoy a drink in the contemporary seating area.

The Bistro

The Bistro is situated in the lower ground and has its own access via the front/side of the Diment's main door. The Bistro is a more informal setting with an extended European menu at very reasonable prices. Its setting is in a cellar type style décor and is very popular for its cellar features. Businessmen and women can get a great value three-course express business lunch for £6.95 , from Tuesday to Friday 12 midday - 2.00pm.

Tapas Bar

The Tapas bar has been newly introduced and will mainly be served on the newly appointed terrace in the summer months. As to our British weather, the menu will also be served in the Bistro.

Glass Furniture

Glass Furniture can be a design feature in itself, especially if you have a smaller room to work with. Much like a mirror adds space to a room, glass furniture can also create the illusion of having more room. This is because glass will reflect light, giving your living room or dining room a bright and spacious appearance. Glass coffee tables and glass dining rooms tables are therefore great if you want to use a darker colour scheme in your home, as the glass will lighten the space and also bring an edge of drama into the interior. Alternatively, frosted glass tables work well for minimalist interior design concepts against white for a unified look.
